How Microsoft has impacted your life and how you plan to bring a change to the society being a Microsoft Student Associate?
Hello, I am Saijal Gupta from Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Technology, GGSIPU, Delhi and is currently pursuing my B.Tech in Information and Technology. I have an objective to seek challenging assignments and responsibility, with an opportunity for growth and career advancement as successful achievements and to serve my parents and country, with the best of my abilities. Some of my qualities which makes me different from others are positive attitude, effective communication, adaptability to all situations and the desire to enhance my personal skills. I have a keen interest in the latest technologies.
I started learning Computer from my school days, at that time i just knew only two things about computer that is MS Paint and Windows, which means that how Microsoft rooted in our life. Impact of Microsoft in the field of technology is so strong that most of the people don't know any other name of operating System than Windows. My life, is actually incomplete without Microsoft's products. Everyday there are tons of things for me to do but they are made easier with the help of Microsoft's unique and versatile products. From the simple paintbrush application to business applications like Microsoft Office, Microsoft has always come along with me at each sphere of life. Microsoft has always tried to get the best and unique thought out of people. With MS office, the school and college projects are no more a tough task to perform. The Microsoft's Skype application has connected me with the whole world. I always feel that i am in touch with all those friends who do not live near me. Visual Studios has enhanced my coding skills because it provides a very user friendly and a learning environment. The best part about the Microsoft products is the easy GUI they have. It is very friendly and interactive which makes it very easy for me to sit and work for hours.
The most exciting product offered by Microsoft are it's operating systems for PC's and laptops. Initially I used Windows 98, then moved to Windows XP and now own Windows 7. Today I have no words for the OS, which is beautifully designed and well protected, letting people do everything that they want; yes it's Windows 8.1. Though i don't own it now, but will upgrade to it soon. I can't imagine my life without the most basic feature of our PC, that is the Windows Photo Gallery, which so easily manages all my pictures. Also, the Windows movie maker has made it so easy for me to gather my thoughts and pictures into a movie. Not just limited to PC's, Microsoft has shown great advancements in the windows phone too.
I owe a great passion for Microsoft technologies and good communication skills. This program will be an opportunity for me to share my ideas, explore Microsoft technologies, interact with students and the whole campus. Being a Microsoft Student Associate, I plan to take start steps towards making the students and society realize the power and the greatness of Microsoft Technology which they are completely unaware of. I would conduct many activities in my campus like Idea sharing, Creative contents with Microsoft and more to make students learn many things about Microsoft. My ultimate aim is to bring Microsoft Enthusiasts forward and motive them to do more with Microsoft. I would conduct classes, seminars and workshops to make students to use the Microsoft Products more effectively. I will make sure that there is more participation from the students side so that they start appreciating their own work. With all the knowledge gained about Microsoft, after being a MSA, i will easily tell other students and guide them about how to begin with the products. I will help people around me to solve the problems and my and their experience regarding Microsoft.
